Miann translates from gaelic into 'to desire' or 'to crave' which suits the offering of high end desserts, chocolates, petit gateaux, macarons and much more. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

Brian has been Pastry Chef in many world class kitchens, from Lucknam Park in the UK to The French Cafe, Bracu and more recently Milse as well as training in some of the best kitchens in the world as a stagaire. Miann is Brian and Roselles first dessert restaurant.

Roselle has worked and managed some of Aucklands best cafes, her friendly and caring approach to service shines through in her team. Roselle passion of creating fermented drinks such as shrubs has given Miann a great drinks addition to sit alongside Brians desserts.
